The Bubonic Cell is a new Spearhead, a delegation of both daemons and diseased mortals led by a Rotbringer Sorcerer. They’re out to infect the untouched areas of the Mortal Realms with decay, preparing for the arrival of more major Maggotkin of Nurgle forces.
