Special Team Rules:
Team members will be taking their turn simultaneously. Each team will share a lore pool and aim to get to 40 lore before the opposing team. If the game goes to overtime the standard overtime rules apply. If neither team reaches 40 lore by the end of turn 5 the team with the highest lore count will win.
Each team will share locations, but to benefit from a teammate's location you must have your own character on there. Further explanation: A location, once in play, can be travelled by both teammates. To receive any benefit from the location you have to have one of your characters at the location. Since the team shares a lore pool, the passive lore from a location will only be added once during the "Set" phase of the controlling team's turn.
Teammates may discuss and share information in private zones, but this should not cause delays in gameplay. Players must remain seated during matches. Players will get 6 packs each and can trade cards with their teammates. Other standard sealed rules apply.
The team captain is responsible for reporting results in Ravensburger Play Hub once the game is completed.
Further Clarification: If a card states, "chosen opponent" then only the chosen opposing team member performs the action. Cards that say "you", "your", or "yours" will only affect the controlling player or take into account the controlling player for their abilities. Teammates can only use the shift ability of a character to play a character on top of a character they control.
