Price Match Policy

We want Riftgate to be your one-stop hobby shop, and we’re happy to price match when we can.

Price Match Guidelines

We may price match other reputable retailers when the item is currently in stock and not part of a special sale, promotion, clearance, or limited-time offer.

For this policy, a reputable retailer is a business with verified customer reviews, an established online presence, or a brick-and-mortar retail location.

We do not price match against marketplaces or third-party seller platforms, including eBay, Amazon, TCGplayer, or similar sites.

Some items may be excluded from price matching, including rare, collectible, limited-availability, or market-sensitive products.

To inquire about a price match, email us at hello@riftgate.com with the item you’re interested in and a link to the retailer’s listing. If we’re able to match the price, we’ll either adjust the item price or send you a discount code.

Price Changes After Purchase

If we significantly lower the price of an item within 14 days of its release date, we’re happy to refund the difference upon request. Please email hello@riftgate.com with your order information, and we’ll take a look.
