Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases, including any applicable fees.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, full payment, or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You may request to cancel a partially paid or fully paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

Certain pre-orders may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 10% of the item's purchase price. This fee helps cover payment processing costs, inventory commitments, and other expenses associated with reserving products. Any applicable fee will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.

If your pre-order has already been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item.

Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.

Cancellation and Restocking Fees

Certain items, including but not limited to pre-orders, special orders, and products reserved or ordered specifically for a customer, may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 10% of the item's purchase price.

Any applicable fee will be assessed based on the nature of the product and the costs incurred in processing or fulfilling the order. The fee will not exceed 10% of the affected item's purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping.

Restocking or cancellation fees will be deducted from any applicable refund. These fees will not apply when Riftgate cancels an order due to an inability to fulfill it.
